Return and Refund Policy

At Lobixa, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to make returns and refunds as simple and transparent as possible. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how you can request a return and receive a refund.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and labels. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at assist@lobixa.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. Once your request is reviewed, we will give you detailed instructions for returning your purchase.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Lobixa is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Problems with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any other issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.

6. Missing or Delayed Refunds
